Q: How much does it cost to receive help from the Life Choices Pregnancy Help Medical Center?

All the services at Life Choices are free to you.

Q: How can I learn about the development of my unborn child?
A:
Life Choices can educate you about how your baby is maturing throughout the nine months of your pregnancy – it’s called prenatal development.

Q: Are there community organizations that can help me with my living circumstances?
A:
Life Choices can refer you to different community helps which will aide you in many areas of your life; medical insurance, WIC, housing, etc.

Q: What are the rights and responsibilities of the father?
A:
Life Choices can help answer questions you may have about the legal rights of the birthfather.  Sometimes you may need to seek the advice of an attorney if you and the birthfather are not relating well.

Q: How can I learn about adoption?
A:
Life Choices is a state-licensed adoption agency.  We can educate you and help you make an adoption plan if you desire.  All services are free to you.

Q: I don’t want anyone to know about my pregnancy.  Can I talk to someone that I can trust?
A:
Everything you tell the Life Choices counselors and medical professionals is confidential.  However, if we feel there is harm to you or to someone else, we are bound by law and ethics to break confidentiality and report accordingly.  Life Choices wants to provide the safest, most professional service to offer assistance to you.
